Objectives:

Video tape a 90 second or more interview of yourself with a partner.

Collaborate with another student to write a script and design a set.

Explain and display the requirements needed to make an impactful and professional interview video
Directions: Students will work with a partener to each create a 90 second or more video that will have content similar to a job interview. The video must cover the following information; who you are, your personal history, your skills and education and future plans. You can add additional information on your hobbies, community involvement, sports you play or any volunteer information. Students will create a script and design a set for the video. See below for more details.
Requirement 1 Video Script:
Each student will put together a script of their proposed interview. The script will include time cues, written personal responses from cast memebers and a document with a detailed order of events.
Requirement 2 Video Set Description
Students will work with their partner to design a setting for their interview. The description will include what the background will look like, props that will be included and the clothing that will be worn during the interview.
Requirment 3 Video Rough Draft
Students will create a casual rough draft video of their interview. The interview rough draft will be used to learn how to manipulate video editing software and how to enhance your videos. Script can be read and the set may be incomplete.
Requirment 4 Final Video
Student will collaborate with another student to video tape a final draft of their interview. Video must be greater than 90 seconds long and look professional. Students will upload their final videos to their websites.
